Job summary

FEATURE seeks a Retail Keyholder in Las Vegas to support daily store operations and policy enforcement. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to assign tasks, manage product flow, and uphold high standards of customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in selling or customer service and 1+ year in retail management, with strong communication and POS proficiency. You’ll engage in opening/closing duties, stock checks, and daily store presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling or customer service experience.
• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with retail POS system, Word, Excel and email.
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds and move objects on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations and policy enforcement.
• Delegate recurring tasks to team members in leadership roles.
• Maintain stock flow and ensure visibility of product, customers and staffing.
• Perform opening/closing duties and daily store upkeep.
• Oversee exchanges/store credits and ensure proper invoicing and deposits.
