• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems independently.
• Comfort with POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all clients from check-in to follow-up.
• Assist with appointment bookings, product recommendations, and general inquiries.
• Create a welcoming environment reflecting the studio's upscale atmosphere.
• Promote and sell studio services and retail products to meet sales goals.
• Handle opening and closing, security, and cash handling.
• Assist with daily admin tasks, including scheduling, POS transactions, and inventory restocking.
• Keep front desk and common areas clean and organized.
