Tattoo Partners in Las Vegas is seeking a dependable Key Holder to support daily studio operations in our fast-paced, artistic environment. You will help manage client experiences, open and close the studio, and liaise between clients, staff, and management to keep service, quality, and creativity on point.

This role emphasizes customer service, sales, and operational support, including scheduling, POS transactions, and inventory restocking, while maintaining a welcoming, upscale reception area

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a key holder or supervisory role in high-end service or retail.
• Minimum 1+ years sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills, including email handling and data entry.
• Ability to take initiative, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and handling cash.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to evolving studio needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service from check-in to follow-up.
• Assist with appointments, product recommendations, and inquiries.
• Open and close the studio, ensuring security and cash handling protocols.
• Manage daily admin tasks including scheduling, POS transactions, and inventory restocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area.
