Anthropologie in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Key Holder to support the store leadership in service, selling, and daily processes. You will be an expert in operating procedures and mentor the associate team.

This role emphasizes customer experience, leadership, and daily operations, including opening/closing, stock, and omni fulfillment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to create an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through omni services.
• Manages store environment with energy, positivity, and daily zone execution.
• Supports training of the associate team, including onboarding of new hires.
• Maintains opening/closing procedures, store standards, stock, and facilities or IT issues.
• Coordinates shipments and omni fulfillment with partners; supports visual standards and markdowns.
• Keeps store clean and up to date with monthly visual messaging and concepts.
