Job summary

FEATURE is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support the Wynn Las Vegas flagship location. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, enforce store policies, and delegate tasks to leadership staff to ensure smooth store flow and optimal customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail management exposure, a sales-driven mindset, and strong communication skills. You will participate in opening/closing duties, stock control, and daily store maintenance to uphold premium standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
• Positive, high-energy personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with retail POS systems, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant with daily operations and policy enforcement.
• Delegate tasks to team members in leadership positions.
• Open/close duties, cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure store looks presentable and maintains customer experience.
• Maintain stock, merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
