Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge at our tasting stations. You will prepare and sample foods, follow cooking directions, and help drive sales by encouraging customers to try new products.

This role supports events and maintains sample inventory in a fast-paced store environment. The perfect candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, high energy, and a passion for fresh foods, with the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.
• Ability to follow cooking directions and stand at the tasting station for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with provided directions.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery items.
• Achieving sales goals by sharing products and encouraging trials.
• Coordinating event activities including setup, takedown and communication in meetings.
• Managing sample supply and inventory, and preparing event recaps.
