Ponte Winery in Temecula, CA is seeking a Tasting Room Barback to support servers and keep the tasting counters fully stocked throughout the day. The role involves setting up and breaking down tasting areas, greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, and ensuring all supplies are available for service.

Candidates should be 21+, able to obtain a Riverside County Food Handler Card and ABC RBS certification. Outdoor work, lifting, and weekend availability are required for this fast-paced environment

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have Riverside County Food Handler Card.
• Must have ABC RBS certification.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Open availability preferred; weekends/holidays required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain tasting counters for servers.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner.
• Ensure wine is stocked at tasting counters and storage areas.
• Prepare serving stations with wine, glasses, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters and tasting areas.
• Assist guests by carrying wine and merchandise to their cars as needed.
• Adhere to winery environmental standards.
