Job summary

Ponte Family Estate Winery in Temecula, CA is seeking a Banquet Bartender to deliver friendly, attentive service and expert wine knowledge for guests during events and daily service.

You will greet guests, suggest wine and beer pairings, mix and serve drinks, and maintain bar inventory while ensuring safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. FOODSAFE and RBS certifications are required; weekend, night, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of related experience.
• FOODSAFE certification is required.
• RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry wine cases up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and suggest drink choices.
• Serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for guests.
• Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness during shifts.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly.
