Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and over.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–3 years in a sales related field.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Ability to upsell wine, clubs and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and respond quickly to requests.
• Explain the tasting process and wine knowledge to guests.
• Pour tastings and engage guests to enhance the experience.
• Drive revenue through wine club memberships and merchandise sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with energetic communication and product knowledge.
• Recognize and prevent signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety.
• Balance stocking, setting up the counter, opening bottles, and cleaning as requested.
• Encourage guests to join the wine club and purchase items.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and deliver top-tier customer service.
