Job summary

Piccione Vineyards invites applications for a Tasting House Manager to lead a high-volume tasting room in North Carolina. You will oversee guest experiences, drive sales and wine club growth, and manage staff with a focus on exceptional service.

This leadership role reports to the owner, involves occasional WFH for admin tasks, and requires 3–5 years in hospitality management, strong organization, and a passion for wine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Interest in wine industry and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Square POS.
• Availability on weekends and during events.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-facing experiences like tastings, tours, and events.
• Recruit, train, and manage tasting room staff.
• Oversee invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and end-of-day reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly wine club fulfillment and policies.
• Develop and enforce company policies for guest policies.
• Oversee inventory and supplies, maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure safe, welcoming work environment.
