• 3+ years in sales, hospitality or tasting room roles.
• Experience training and leading staff preferred.
• Ability to connect with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sales and customer account management preferred.
• Wine knowledge and storytelling skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Model exemplary hospitality on the floor for guests and staff.
• Provide training and leadership to the Tasting House team.
• Fulfill duties of Tasting Room Manager in their absence.
• Support achievement of sales goals and club targets.
• Coordinate events and trade tastings with management.
