Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement and selling.
• Ability to follow cooking directions and stand at the tasting station for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve food using induction cooktop and other equipment with provided directions.
• Cut and sample produce and grocery items.
• Achieve sales goals by sharing products and encouraging trials.
• Coordinate event activities: setup, takedown, and communicate events in manager meetings.
