Job summary

Leidos is seeking a dedicated Taskflow Manager for the Air Force Cryptologic Office, AFCO-CF, located at Lackland AFB, TX. The role requires current TS/SCI clearance and senior administrative experience to support high-level customers with meticulous attention to detail.

Your duties include staff actions using official forms and templates, proofreading and formatting, and collaboration across 16AF HQ and Wings to ensure quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Current DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• 6+ years of specialized administrative support experience at a senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
• Experience working with General Officers, their Civilian equivalents and subordinate Officers/Civilians.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to review, edit and synthesize inputs.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Staff actions using the AF FORM 1768, E-SSS and other templates for customers.
• Proof all correspondence per Tongue and Quill and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with 16AF HQ and Wings to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in scheduling conference rooms and maintaining SharePoint calendars and Recall Rosters.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook to execute tasks and coordinate with teams.
