Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
• Experience supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Director/Assistant Director level.
• Experience coordinating actions with the customer space, IC, and private sector entities.

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
• Prepares daybook requirements for following business day including Daily Binder Preparation and related tasks
