Job summary

Leidos seeks a Taskflow Manager at Lackland AFB, TX, supporting the Air Combat Command ISR mission. A current TS/SCI clearance and strong admin skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint across multiple networks.

You will staff actions using AF forms, ensure adherence to customer requirements, and collaborate with 16AF HQ and Wings to deliver timely tasks. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with preference for experience with senior officers.

Qualifications

• Current DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of specialized administrative support experience (4+ years at senior level).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Staff actions using AF FORM 1768 and E-SSS templates for customers.
• Proofread and format correspondence per Tongue and Quill and related policies.
• Collaborate with 16AF HQ and subordinate Wings to ensure timely tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
