NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, CA invites an Academic Part Time Intern to support the Task Order Management team. You will help manage documentation, track deadlines, and support process improvements with AI-enabled concepts. The role offers hands-on experience in contract administration and workflow automation.

The position requires enrollment in a related Bachelor's program, 20–30 hours weekly, and proficiency with MS Office. A GPA of 3.0+ is expected.

Formación

• Must be enrolled at least half-time in a Bachelor's program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• Must be able to work 20–30 hours per week while in school
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

Responsabilidades

• Support documentation management and administrative workflows
• Assist with deliverable tracking, compliance activities, and deadline monitoring
• Monitor AE F dates and PoP end dates, draft letters as needed
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI or automation tools for TOM workflows
• Contribute to testing, evaluation, and documentation of automation processes
