Aufgaben

• Provide support to subcontract managers in developing and issuing solicitations for goods and services.
• Prepares documentation appropriate to the value of the subcontracts and necessary to satisfy internal audit and review requirements.
• Convey significant activities associated with the issuance of low dollar subcontracts.
• Ensure goods and services are received per price and delivery schedule and closeout activities are handled promptly.
• Perform standard transactions updating the financial business process/systems per departmental instructions.
• Work under direct supervision and receive detailed instructions on new assignments.
