Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA is seeking an Academic Part Time Intern to join the Task Order Management (TOM) team. You will support documentation, compliance tracking, and contract administration while exploring AI-enabled improvements to streamline workflows.

The role offers hands-on experience in documentation, data organization, and process automation, with opportunities to develop prototype concepts and audit summaries for TOM activities.

Competenze

• Must be currently enrolled at least half-time at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 30 hours per week while in school.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with and interpret data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have a Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
