NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an Academic Part Time Intern to join the Task Order Management Team. You will help maintain core documentation, track deliverables, and explore AI-assisted improvements while supporting contract administration and compliance tasks.

The role offers hands-on experience in documentation, data organization, and process automation, with exposure to project lifecycle activities and a chance to contribute to efficiency improvements within TOM.

Formación

• Currently enrolled at least half-time at an accredited college or university pursuing a related bachelor’s degree.
• Can work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 30 hours per week while in school.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with and interpret data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have a Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting documentation management and administrative workflows.
• Organizing, updating, and maintaining Contract Management Instructions (CMIs).
• Keeping the Contract Administration Plan (CAP) current and aligned with evolving requirements.
• Conducting audits of the TP Tracker and summarizing findings.
• Tracking Purchase Requests (PRs) and maintaining PR statuses.
• Updating the Priority Tracker with task progress and workload information.
