Overview

Are you a creative and dynamic Executive Chef seeking a new challenge? We are looking for an Executive Chef passionate about culinary excellence, with a proven ability to inspire teams and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

This is a 1-month contract overseeing culinary operations, menu development, and food quality, ensuring our guests are wowed by every bite. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talent and lead a team in a beautiful, upscale environment.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of kitchen management experience
  • 5+ years of cooking experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality fields preferred
  • Good knowledge of sanitation standards and food presentation
  • Ability to understand and meet financial goals
  • Effective communication skills with the public and team members
  • Proven leadership and training abilities with diverse teams
  • High standards in kitchen leadership by example
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
  • Willingness to work extended hours in humid or extreme temperatures
