Minero Mexican Grill & Cantina is in search of a talented Executive Chef to join our team!

Minero is a lively, casual Mexican Grill and Cantina located in the heart of Johns Island in Charleston, SC, operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Marbled & Fin, The James, and Minero). We honor Mexico's culinary traditions while incorporating inspiration from the culinary South.

The Executive Chef is responsible for:

  1. Having at least 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  2. Being detail-oriented and thriving in a meticulous environment
  3. Being driven and professional, with a passion for leading, educating, and training staff
  4. Proficiency in menu and recipe development, food quality management, systems, and food costing
  5. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
  6. Skilled in budget management, including inventory and labor control
