Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Specialist - Customer Care in Sacramento, CA to join the Centralized Customer Care team. You will resolve supplier invoice discrepancies, support Accounts Payable, and process offsetting transactions within internal policies and procedures.

You will research tariff invoice discrepancies, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Inventory Management, and handle high volumes of issues across branches with timely escalation as needed. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Associates’ Degree preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required; 3 years preferred.
• 1 year of Oracle or other large financial system experience preferred.
• Accounting knowledge strongly preferred, including income statements, GL, balance sheets.
• Strong MS Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research and resolution on tariff invoice discrepancies with little supervision.
• Assist with resolution of discrepancies and processing offsetting transactions.
• Tariff resolution SME for Sales and Operations.
• Coordinate between Sales, Ops, Inventory, and AP to resolve tariff issues.
• Manage large volume of discrepancies across branches and escalate as needed.
• Serve as inventory transaction support for scrap disposition, transfers, write-offs, and adjustments.
