Harvest Group invites a Summer 2027 Target Client Services Intern to join our Minneapolis team and gain hands‑on experience in the fast‑paced retail industry. You will analyze retail data, uncover insights, and help translate data into stories that inform client strategies and business decisions.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you’ll work with Target client teams, learn our systems, and contribute to a summer project that showcases your findings to Harvest Group leaders.
Harvest Group is an integrated commerce agency that helps high-growth consumer brands win in today's complex retail landscape. Since 2006, we've partnered with some of the world's most recognized brands to navigate the intersection of in-store and digital commerce, retail media, and social platforms across leading retailers including Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Amazon, Costco, and Kroger.
What sets Harvest Group apart is our connected approach. By aligning strategy, execution, and insights across every stage of the retail journey—and powering that work through our proprietary technology platform—we help brands create sustainable growth in an increasingly dynamic marketplace.
At Harvest Group, our culture and values shape how we work, serve our clients, and support one another. We believe in building meaningful relationships, pursuing excellence with humility, and creating an environment where talented individuals can do their best work while continuing to grow professionally and personally.
Our Target Client Services Interns gain hands‑on experience in the fast‑paced retail industry while supporting our Target client teams. Interns will work alongside experienced team members to analyze retail data, uncover insights, and help turn data into meaningful stories that inform client strategies and business decisions.
Daily responsibilities will vary based on business needs, giving interns exposure to the evolving retail landscape and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful client work. Along the way, interns will learn how Harvest Group partners with suppliers and retailers to solve problems, identify opportunities, and achieve shared business goals.
In addition to professional development and team‑building opportunities, each intern will complete a summer project to showcase what they have learned.
