Description

Our Amazon Client Services Interns gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and evolving eCommerce industry while supporting our Amazon client teams. Interns will work alongside experienced team members to gain exposure to client management and learn how brands manage and grow their business on Amazon through reporting and analytics, item management, inventory planning, promotions, and other day-to-day business activities.

Daily responsibilities will vary based on business needs, giving interns exposure to the Amazon ecosystem and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful client work. Along the way, interns will learn how to use data to uncover insights, solve problems, support business decisions, and serve clients with excellence.

In addition to professional development and team-building opportunities, each intern will complete a summer project to showcase what they have learned.

Responsibilities
  • Learn Harvest Group systems, tools, and processes to support day-to-day client business needs
  • Support business management activities including reporting, item creation and maintenance, inventory forecasting, and promotional planning
  • Gain hands-on exposure to Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and other eCommerce tools and platforms
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends, uncover insights, and support client business decisions
  • Help create and refine processes that improve team efficiency and ways of working
  • Contribute to internal team meetings and client discussions to gain exposure to eCommerce strategy and the Amazon business
  • Participate in professional development and learning opportunities throughout the internship
  • Complete an individual summer project and present findings and recommendations to Harvest Group leaders
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree with junior, senior, or graduate student status preferred
  • Interest in a career in eCommerce, sales, analytics, or account management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in using data to uncover insights
  • Highly curious with a strong desire and ability to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships
