Harvest Group in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Sales Insights Manager for the Target account. The role focuses on understanding client business needs and delivering data-driven solutions through POS and syndicated data to inform strategic decisions.
You will forecast trends, craft insights, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders. We require 2-4 years of CPG experience on Target, plus strong Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills. Relocation is not provided.

The Target Sales Insights Manager is responsible for understanding each client’s business to effectively identify business needs and create appropriate data solutions. This position is responsible for executing complex projects, casting vision, and forecasting. This role also provides retail context at the category, retailer, and industry levels to supplement insights and broaden each client’s understanding of key sales drivers and risks to the business.

We carefully consider a wide-ranging list of factors to determine compensation, including but not limited to level of job-related experience, knowledge, skills, location, etc. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package.
The national hiring range for this position is $60,000-$80,000/annually. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
