Job summary

Harvest Group in Minneapolis is seeking a Target Sales Support Analyst to lead sales administration tasks for the Target client. You will manage end-to-end processes in Partners Online and work closely with internal teams to meet client needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in the CPG space or with Target, strong communication, and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to process large amounts of information while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Willingness to travel.
• 3–5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry or with Target preferred.
• Experience managing the administrative elements of a CPG business at a large retailer.

Description

The Target Sales Support Analyst is a multi-faceted team player role with a wide range of responsibilities for our Target office. The core responsibilities of this role consist of leading the creation, execution, and follow-up of all sales administration tasks for our clients at Target. This includes, but is not limited to, management the end-to-end process within Partners Online to support our client’s business needs.

Requirements

We carefully consider a wide-ranging list of factors to determine compensation, including but not limited to level of job-related experience, knowledge, skills, location, etc. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package.

The national hiring range for this position is $60,000-$65,000/annually. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
