Job summary

Europa Village in Temecula is seeking a part-time Restaurant Line Cook to join Bolero Restaurante. The role involves preparing menu items following recipe standards, setting up and maintaining clean workstations, and coordinating with wait staff to ensure timely service.

Candidates should have at least two years of line cook experience; fine dining is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and must be available on weekends and holidays, delivering high-quality dishes

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Line Cook experience.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Possess and live Europa Village core values.
• Sets up, cleans and organizes work stations.
• Prepares the menu items following the recipes in accordance with Bolero at Europa Village’s standards.
• Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns.
• Maintains detailed knowledge of all menus, recipes, food quality standards and regulations.
• Ascertains that all ingredients and supplies are made available at the beginning of each shift.
• Takes orders from wait staff or computerized system.
• Highly skilled at multi-tasking. Able to monitor several items cooking at one time.
• Ensures that high-quality food items are served every time.
• Follows all standard food handling, sanitation and health department guidelines.
• Assists in maintaining and stocking designated stations, freezers, refrigerators and store room with food products daily.
• Works at a quick pace in order to get food out in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
