Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Line Cook experience.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and organize workstations according to the kitchen standards.
• Prepare menu items following recipes and Bolero in Europa Village standards.
• Adjust dishes for guests with allergies or dietary needs.
• Maintain knowledge of all menus, recipes, and quality standards.
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are available at the start of each shift.
• Receive orders from service staff or computer system, and manage multiple orders.
