Aufgaben

• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and maintain an accurate count using the reservation book.
• Relay guest needs to management and the kitchen; communicate with Restaurant Reservations on special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, table setups, and restaurant hours; ensure menus are current.
• Frequently check on guests waiting to be seated and ensure their tables are being prepared.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and forward phones to voicemail at shift end.
• Assist food servers, bus persons, and food service runners as needed.
