MGM Resorts International is hiring a Bartender for a lively sports bar in the Springfield area. The role requires deep knowledge of drinks, brand awareness, and guest engagement to create memorable experiences.

You will craft beverages, assist guests, and contribute to a fun, inviting atmosphere for sports fans. The position is part-time (roughly 24–30 hours weekly), with shifts spanning daytime to late evening, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Part-time role with schedule 24-30 hours per week 11am–12:30am.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the bar and equipment.
• Know menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic options.
• Handle payments and daily reports; follow cash-handling procedures.
• Provide training and mentoring to Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter.
• Manage bar inventory and place orders to maintain stock.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority and notify management of issues.
