Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior experience as a cocktail server or food server in a similar environment.
• Willing to work weekdays nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks, garnish and present cocktails.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Perform opening/closing duties, stock supplies, and keep stations clean.
• Resolve guest complaints and refer complex issues to management or security as needed.
