Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure equipment is functional.
• Know menu items, brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Process payments and manage daily cash reports.
• Provide training to Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter.
• Manage bar inventory and stock levels.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management as needed.
