Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of experience with Army TAP in career counseling or related field.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, and stakeholder activities.
• Experience supporting program execution, service delivery, and operational management.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing coverage and service delivery.
• Serve as principal contractor point of contact for installation TAP Manager and government personnel.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and events.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, policies, standards, and customer expectations.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel, including workload and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, and site reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments and risks.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues with facilities, equipment, access, and scheduling.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC and badging activities, and knowledge transfer.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties to maintain service continuity.
