Beach Bum Tanning invites you to join a team focused on helping clients look and feel their best. We offer fulltime and part-time opportunities in a welcoming salon environment where you can grow your skills in customer service, sales, and product knowledge.

As part of our team, you will greet clients, assess their needs, explain tanning options, maintain a clean space, and help drive sales with quality service. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are often required.

Qualifikationen

Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Evaluating skin types and recommending the most suitable tanning equipment, products, and safety guidelines
• Explaining the tanning process clearly, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed
• Keeping tanning rooms and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Recommending and selling lotions and retail products based on client needs
• Consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service
• Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat visits
• Maintaining accurate client records, including preferences and tanning history
• Opening and closing the salon according to company standards
• Completing daily inventory reports

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Positive, outgoing, and passionate about the tanning and beauty industry
• High school graduates (or equivalent)
• At least 18 years old
• Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing
• Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred)
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfortable standing, bending, and being on their feet for extended periods

Experience

• Sales: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1 year
