Collins Aerospace in El Segundo, CA, United States is seeking a Program Manager to lead MAGR-2K-M GPS receiver system production, sustainment, and procurement. You will set strategy for affordability, integrity, and on-time deliveries to enable growth.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and extensive program management experience; travel up to 25%, collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, and readiness planning.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Program management skills including managing cost and schedule, Earned Value Management (EVMS), risk & opportunity, bids, proposals, and/or business strategy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, sustainment and procurement for MAGR-2K-M GPS receiver and subcomponents.
• Set strategy and direction for on-time deliveries and overall program growth.
• Support bids, proposals, and contract execution including budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate production line stand-up and readiness activities.
• Manage daily production and depot repair execution and cross-functional meetings.
