RTX in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead MAGR-2K-M GPS receiver system production, sustainment, and procurement. The role focuses on strategy, affordability, on-time delivery, and cross-functional execution in a hybrid onsite/offsite setting.

You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain; manage budgets, schedules, EVMS, and risk; travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; and ensure readiness for new configurations while aligning

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Lead production, sustainment, and procurement for MAGR-2K-M GPS receiver system and subcomponents.
• Set strategy, vision and direction for on-time deliveries, affordability, and product integrity.
• Support bidding and proposal generation, and ensure execution to contract requirements including budgets and schedules.
• Lead MAGR-2K-M production line stand-up at El Segundo CM.
• Manage daily production and depot repair activities and cross-functional meetings to maintain schedule.
• Coordinate and remove bottlenecks related to test equipment, labor, process flow, and material availability.
• Oversee FRACAS activities for MAGR-2K-M, driving containment and corrective actions.
• Report material health status and align with MRP to close supply chain risks.
• Interface daily with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain for smooth factory execution.
• Support readiness planning and transition-to-production for new configurations or upgrades.
• Work as Program Manager to establish and manage financial baselines and align with customer expectations.
• Serve as central hub to enable Chief Engineer, IPTs, and functional teams.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
