Job summary

RTX / Collins Aerospace is seeking a Ground & Maritime Program Manager to lead the Withheld Program A Terminal Modernization efforts onsite, supporting cost, schedule, and technical performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The PM will manage baselines, EVMS, risks and opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. Role is based at Marlborough, MA or Largo, FL with relocation not provided, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Planning & Scheduling: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, timeline and milestone creation
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Risk & Quality Management: Ability to identify, assess, mitigate risks and ensure project standards
• Budget & Resource Planning: Basic budgeting and cost tracking using spreadsheets or PM software, understanding of Earned Valued Management methodologies
• Reporting & Analytics: Preparing status updates, dashboards, and performance reports

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the program's cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction
• Handle priced options, pre-planned engineering modifications, and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain viable program baselines and apply earned value management techniques while mitigating risks
