Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Senior Production Program Manager to lead a GPS Sensor LRU production portfolio at our El Segundo, CA facility. You will align cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and ensure supplier accountability for mission-critical deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading aerospace/defense programs or similar.
• Experience managing complex production portfolios with interdependent constraints.
• Experience overseeing external manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Knowledge of production planning, schedules, quality, and supplier performance.
• U.S. government Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
