Job summary

Collins Aerospace Mission Systems seeks a Program Manager to oversee production and sustainment for the MAGR-2K-M GPS receiver program, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with domestic and international travel up to 25% and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, cross-functional teams).
• Program management skills including cost, schedule, and EVMS; risk & opportunity, bids, proposals, and/or business strategy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, sustainment and procurement for MAGR-2K-M GPS receiver system and subcomponents.
• Set strategy, vision and direction for on-time deliveries and product affordability.
• Support bidding and proposal generation; manage budgets, schedules, and technical performance metrics.
• Coordinate and lead production readiness and transition-to-production activities; ensure smooth factory execution.
