Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the transportation field preferred.
• Experience in the transportation field preferred.
• Familiar with Transportation Management Software (eg. TMW, McLeod).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage loads to keep operations cost-effective and productive.
• Lead drivers and coordinate daily terminal activities with dispatchers and managers.
• Address escalations and resolve issues quickly to maintain service levels.
• Support driver development, retention and recruitment efforts.
• Monitor safety, service, revenue and asset costs in daily operations.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to optimize processes.
