Coyote Tanks Inc. in Utah is seeking a Tank Production Manager to lead the fabrication and assembly of steel tanks, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

You will schedule work, supervise a production team, manage materials, and ensure ERP-driven workflows are followed to optimize lean manufacturing practices. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive accountability within the production team to meet customer expectations for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in steel fabrication or tank production.
• Knowledge of ASME, API and AWS standards.
• Proficiency with ERP and pull planning systems.

Responsabilités

• Safety & quality leadership to ensure zero incidents and compliance with specs.
• Direct and develop tank shop personnel; conduct evaluations and training.
• Manage six weeks of work on the pull plan and update schedules daily.
• Maintain department budgets, track labor, materials, and cost targets.
• Oversee material requests, inventory, and procurement coordination.
• Lead daily Gemba walks and cross‑department problem-solving efforts.
