Job summary

Coyote Tanks Inc. is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to prepare accurate estimates for tanks and fabrication work while building and maintaining the production schedule to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires reading blueprints, calculating material and labor costs, and coordinating with shop leadership to ensure smooth workflow. The candidate will manage multiple priorities with a safety-first mindset and support continuous improvement in estimating and scheduling processes within the

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with material and labor takeoffs for tanks and fabrication.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and detail under deadlines.
• Proficient English communication with customers, vendors, and shop staff.
• Knowledge of steel tank fabrication and oil field equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and quotes for tanks and related fabrication work.
• Build and maintain the production schedule to meet customer delivery dates.
• Read and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs.
• Coordinate with the Shop Foreman and Production Managers to sequence jobs.
• Provide schedule and job status updates to management.
