Tank Holding Corp. is seeking a Plant Manager to provide leadership and direction to the Petersburg, TX plant across people, production, quality, safety and maintenance.

This role oversees day-to-day operations and executes the site’s strategic plan, requiring a strong background in manufacturing, people management, mechanical operations and safety. You will lead safety initiatives, manage schedules and inventory, partner with corporate functions, and develop high-performing teams to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive operations management experience.
• Experience in rotational molding preferred.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams.
• Plant-wide safety program management required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and perpetual inventories.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee weekly labor and production schedules.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety team.
• Manage 25-30 employees including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain corporate systems to manage the plant’s raw materials, components, and inventory.
• Direct production, maintenance, shipping/receiving and administrative functions.
• Oversee injury, near-miss and property damage investigations.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure operational success.
