Tarter USA is seeking a TankTeam Lead to oversee daily plant operations across stations, guide and motivate the team, and ensure production standards are met with high quality. Qualifications

  • Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and safe work practices.
  • Understand operation and maintenance of bending machines, presses, and related equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions, defects, or delays.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve skills and efficiency.
  • Adapt to changing production demands while maintaining productivity.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing support and feedback.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and quality control for smooth operations.
  • Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all output.
  • Communicate clearly to ensure coordination with other departments.
