Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. is seeking a Tanks Construction Support Manager to coordinate field erection of tanks on combined and simple cycle power projects. You will manage staffing, methods, and equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

You will lead bids and proposals in collaboration with the project team, while developing and enforcing safety programs and field processes. Prior CM experience and knowledge of tank systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management experience at CM level or above.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or heavy industrial fields preferred.
• Knowledge of tank foundations, plate, welding, coatings and linings, inspection and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tank construction on combined cycle and simple cycle projects.
• Ensure schedule, safety, cost, and quality decisions align with project plan.
• Lead staffing, methods, and equipment for tank erection.
• Support bids and proposals and develop safety programs with EH&S.
• Communicate progress and resolve field issues with project team.
