Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Waukesha, WI seeks a Fabrication Tank Inspector - 1st Shift to ensure forming and welding meet design and quality standards. The role supports the Tank Fab Quality supervisor with testing, inspection, and training responsibilities.

The position requires reading drawings, inspecting welds, verifying alignment, and maintaining detailed inspection records, with potential overtime and shift premiums based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED.
• AC/DC fundamentals or electricity coursework or 1 year experience in electricity, welding, or steel forming.
• No immigration sponsorship. 50-mile radius limitation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect welds and measure them against standards.
• Review and approve welding processes and check for damage.
• Ensure proper alignment and secure fasteners.
• Create and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
