Eaton's ES AMER ESS division in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Fabrication Tank Inspector - 2nd Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. The hourly rate is $26.25 plus a $2.50 shift premium, with core hours 3 pm to 11 pm and mandatory overtime as needed.

The Tank Fab Inspector ensures forming and welding meet safety and quality standards, participates in test and inspection activities, and helps create training and QC procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED.
• AC/DC fundamentals or electricity coursework or 1 year experience in electricity, welding, or steel forming.
• No sponsorship; within 50 miles of work location.

Responsibilities

• Inspect welds and measure against standards.
• Review and approve welding processes.
• Check that fasteners are secure.
• Ensure proper alignment of formed and welded parts.
• Create, implement, and manage quality control procedures.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents.
