Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Fabrication Material Handler for 1st shift in Waukesha, WI. This role handles raw and fabricated materials, operates forklifts and cranes, and ensures timely, accurate movement of parts through fabrication and shipping processes.

The position offers benefits from day one, weekly pay, and shift premiums. Candidates should be able to work overtime and meet safety standards.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Issue material from stock and kit material from daily release and pick lists.
Prepare kits for transport, deliver to dock, and prepare packing lists.
Move finished parts from fabrication to welding, interplant docks, and staging areas.
Maintain SAP transactions and ensure stock area cleanliness and remediation of non-conformances.
Move pallets to accessible positions for machines and label with pallet IDs.
Receive, locate, and issue daily release parts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Unload, store, and track scrap steel and wood, coordinating disposal.
Support daily material flow from receiving to finished goods without interruption.
