Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Regs Tank Fab Machine Operator-2nd Shift at our Nacogdoches, TX facility. You will set up, adjust and operate welding machines, presses, shears, brakes, and related equipment to build and finish tanks.

Hours are Mon-Fri 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. with possible overtime. Competitive hourly rate ($21.00/hr) plus a $1.35 shift differential, plus benefits; you will follow safety protocols and lean principles to meet production targets and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to operate welding equipment (MIG) and related tooling.
• Must follow safety, quality, and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate welding machines, presses, shears, brakes, flanges and expanders.
• Utilize Bill of Materials to gather parts for welders and other stations.
• Maintain paint booth, apply paint to parts, and monitor paint cure temperatures.
• Operate welding equipment and use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Load materials, laser cut per specs, and verify material thickness.
