Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Production Support Operator - 1st Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. The role involves laser and press-brake operations converting sheet metal into transformer and regulator tanks.

Wage is $23.15 per hour with a $2.50/hr shift premium for off shifts; benefits start day one; overtime may be required. Opportunities exist for cross-training and career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience with lasers in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and cranes is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto laser table and perform laser cutting per specs and drawings.
• Assist in press brake metal forming operations to meet production/quality standards.
• Operate forklift and crane; maintain clean, safe work area and wear PPE as required.
